Commercial Litigation

The firm and its predecessor have represented NYSE companies, national banks, insurance companies and real estate developers in commercial litigation since prior to 1980 in the State and Federal Courts. The areas of representation include but are not limited to breach of software license agreements, trademark infringement, unfair competition, non-residential mortgage foreclosures, breach of contract, business torts and creditors’ rights.
