Doreen Higgins

Ms. Higgins is the firm’s Office Manager. Ms. Higgins joined the firm’s predecessor firm in 1974. She is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the office, including recruiting, training and supervision of the non-legal staff, negotiating with vendors, space and facilities management, payroll and insurances. Ms. Higgins is also responsible for the client billing through the use of Timeslips, CT Tymetrix and Serengeti Tracker software and accounts payable and accounts receivable through the use of Quickbooks.
